Through our community, we aim to achieve the following:

Engagement
Effective engagement, both with residents and external organisations, is essential to achieve our aims.
Safety and Power in Numbers
Just like in nature, there is safety, and also power in numbers. We look our for and support each other.
Informed
Residents need to be aware of our progress; transparency in all matters is paramount.
Democracy
Our organisation is ran using servant-leadership, not dictatorship. The majority rules.
