Judith Penney – Gardening Lead
Judith has lived in Nottingham all her life, moving to Sherwood in 2007 as the area felt like a perfect fit, and more recently to Ridsdale Road in 2014,
She has previously worked for the Mirror Group Newspapers, and later in telecommunications, managing sales teams. More recently, Judith ran a small, one-person garden maintenance company — experience we are sure will be invaluable in her volunteering role.
Although it has been some years since she last volunteered, Judith is keen to make a difference in the Dales, with the support of other volunteers.
You may see her walking around the area in an effort to keep reasonably fit, although this often ends with a coffee stop. Other than wielding a trowel, her hobbies include socialising and seeing new cities.
