Hello Sherwood Dales residents!

Firstly, thank you for your patience – it probably feels like a long time since you filled in your Sherwood Dales resident surveys!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been busy shaping our community and putting key things in place – including email groups, WhatsApp channels, and a Facebook group. We’ve also set up dedicated channels for our volunteers and are looking forward to meeting with them on Thursday 31st July to keep things moving forward.

On that note, it’s not too late to volunteer – please get in touch using our contact form and we’ll be happy to add you to the volunteer group.

You may also have spotted us out and about recently (step ladder in hand!) putting up some of our new Neighbourhood Watch signs around the estate.

Coming up next…

Over the next few days, we’ll be adding everyone to our WhatsApp Community (for those who use WhatsApp). Within this, there’s an announcement group as well as street-specific groups. We’ll do our best to add you to your correct street group automatically – so keep an eye out for that.

Some WhatsApp users have privacy settings that prevent being added to communities without consent. If that’s you, you’ll receive an invitation message instead. Or, if you’d prefer to join yourself, you can use this link:

Not on Facebook or WhatsApp? No problem. We know that not everyone uses social media, so we’ll continue keeping
everyone updated via email as well – you won’t miss a thing.
