Ay-up neighbours!
After what feels like months of plugging away, we’re now seeing some progress with the council when it comes to the rain gardens. They’re looking to work with us as a community to improve them and have made a bid for an internal grant to cover replanting, which we hope will be successful. Whatever the outcome, the gardens need clearing in readiness for the next steps.
Judith Penney has kindly offered to lead the charge on getting them cleared out, but she needs your help. As this will be our first community-led gardening initiative, we’d like to arrange sessions where volunteers can work together to clear the weeds.
If you’re interested in helping, please complete the following survey to let us know what times work best for you:

Any help you can offer is greatly appreciated — even an hour makes a difference.
Tarrah for now, mi ducks!
